Accounts
You may create an account to purchase courses and track progress. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly reporting unauthorized access.
Payments
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. We process payments via secure providers and do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of a course. Refunds are issued to the original method subject to provider timelines.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt services or access other users' data.
- Do not reproduce course materials outside permitted personal use.
- Operate vehicles only within your legal authorization and local laws.
Disclaimers
Training materials are provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that training will lead to specific outcomes or job placements.
Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GentleNest Haul School is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
